Returns Policy
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can request an RMA number by calling us at 1-888-277-8170.
General Returns Guidelines
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Have original manufacturer information
- Are not damaged
- Do not have missing parts
- Must not be open
PLEASE NOTE.... SOFTWARE, PRINTHEADS AND BOARDS ARE NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
These returns require an RMA number (see above). All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee ($10 minimum). We will issue a full refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is defective or has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that all defective items will be tested and if deemed to be in working order, and will be returned to you (at your expense), with no credit given.
